need to know how to answer a summons
I would like to find out how to answer a summons on personservice on an individual and emergency motion for temporary relief and petition for determination of paternity and custody. So if you could please help me with this i would greatly appreciate it.

It sounds as though you're not qualified to practice law. Custody matters are best handled by experienced and knowledgable attorneys. I suggest that you contact a lawyer immediately. What county is your case in?
