Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Answer summons.

I have recieved a summons from the Florida Department of Revenue. I am going to file my divorce from wife on my own as I am unable to afford an attorney. I wish to serve the Florida Department of Revenue a notice that I would like the court to handle the setting of child support amounts without the intervention of their department. I do not know if there is a form for this or do I have to create a document. If I have create a document, then how?

Re: Answer summons.

There is not a standard form for the motion you are suggesting. When you represent yourself, it is your responsibility to draft and prepare your own pleadings. That is the reason why most people prefer to hire legal counsel.

The forms available from the Florida Supreme Court are located at: http://www.flcourts.org/

There is a large section for dissolutions of marriage but they could not possibly cover every situation.
