YOU ANSWERED MY QUESTION ON law guru the one saying the following

"used to owe my ex on CS that wore late payments for total of $2,610.11 that was on 3/3/2014-10/04/2014 it has already been cached up

and i paid the debt off on 11/10/15 Now she is suing me for Retroactive Support from BEFORE the date of 10/6/14

SHE FILED FOR THE SUE ON AROUND EARLY 2015 if im not mistaken..

The CHILD SUPPORT Order date started 12/9/2009

Order support begin date was 11/09/2011

ALL THE PAYMENTS FORM 2011-2016 ARE UP TO DATE NOW AND MIGHT HAVE A CREDIT ON DOR OF $1,800 TOO

SO how does this work? or what can I do? FLORIDA CASE"

her lawyer sent me this and i didn't understand what she meant "The Court shall reserve jurisdiction over the issue of retroactive child support. Retroactive support shall be defined as any established arrears and retroactive

support calculated from the date of filing of the Petitioner's Supplemental

Petition for Modification of Child Support, October 6, 2014."

i redid the question again with more detail.. I couldn't respond to you there back i need help at the moment i cant afford a lawyer i live in texas this is a case in Florida... if you could help me at least with this question i will be grateful.
