ante-unptial agreement

hi ,I will appreciate your opinion, #1 i sign this document 4 days prior to marriage and 1st time i ever saw this doc. with co-counsel of attorney who wrote ante-nuptial agreement above english is my 2nd language, #2 in case we will get divorce prior 3 years i will be only entile 20 k payble 1000 a month nothing else , shows overeaching, and duress as i sign 4 days before marriage ( my husband make above500k per year) #3 financial disclosure was added and dated 4 days after i sign this document, it was not financial disclosure at all at the time i sign it ,#4 the document was sign by my husband and notorized, 2 years before i even know him, #5 , we have no children but it was determination as i will not be able to move 20 miles radius and not child support (we have no childrens), #6 i was not working during the marriage or prior to marriage i was dined attorney fees from judge, I stayed it This anti-nuptial agreement show too groosly unfair, overreaching, sign under duress 4 days prior marriage, no financial disclosure, misrepresentation, fraud and possible conspiriracy to fraud me. what is you opinion, do you believe it can be held as valid document, and can you give me a case law? please can you explain thank you pavlina

As a general rule, prenuptial agreements signed within a few days of the marriage ceremony are deemed invalid. Lack of financial disclosure can also be a reason to invalidate a prenuptial agreement.
