Anullment/Bigamy

My ex husband and I have recently reconciled. The problem is that he remarried about a month before the judge signed our divorce decree but a month after we went to mediation and agreed on a settlement. He wants to anull the marriage if possible. Also his present wife is bitter and is threatening to press charges of bigamy out of spite. She was aware of all the details of our divorce while they were together. Can she press charges against him even if she knew? Can he anull the marriage now that he has moved to FL from GA? He has lived in GA for years. We were divorced in GA. He was remarried in TN.
