anulment

could you please lend help, steps to be taken to obtain an anulment. the couple has been married 3 months but he went to basic training for six weeks of the three months. is an anulment still an option

If there was fraud and the parties did not consumate the marriage they could get an annulment. If no fraud and they consumated the marriage then it fails for an annulment but they could get a simplified divorce which is not costly and they can be divorced in less then 30 days.
