i am going to appy for social security. i have two sons 11 and 13. i would like to get any ss funds for them to go to a education fund til age eighteen. is this possible?

No, the SS funds that are allocated to your minor children are to assist with their current support needs (food, clothing, shelter, etc.). If you receive the money, however, (if you are their "custodial" parent) then you can put the money into a fund for them, but if the money is paid to the other parent, then those funds are to provide for the current immediate needs of the children.
