arrest warrant cancelled
how can a person who gets charged with contempt of courtfor non payment of child support get a warrant issued then cancelled because she is on public assistance

If she (the mother) is on public assistance, then the person must pay back the State (via the Dept. of Revenue) the monies it has paid out. Child support is a two-edged sword.
