Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hi, I was arrested on domestic violence charges but they were later on dropped. Why is it that the dispesition of the case still says Permanent Injuction? Is that right?

If you violated the Injunction - then you were arrested and the charges dropped that does not mean that he injunction is no longer in place. If you wish to drop the injunction you will need a court order.

Because the injunction is still in place. That is like a separate judicial proceeding.
