Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I was arrested for dv 2 years ago, charges were disposed of and dropped. Going through custody now, my ex is going to say she was abused in our time together. Will these dropped charges hold wright in court or will they see that ee remained together for 2 years after that and see through her lies? The pictures from that night look really bad, but they were caused by her. My attorney blew this off as nothing to worry about, but is it? Hes either really confident or doesnt really care about my case. Any advise would be great.
