Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

if i was arrested for possess/sell of narcotics and bonded out can my childrens mothers deny me my visitation? Cause they are and law enforecment cant do anything but tell me im gonna have to pay an attorny to file a motion..Ive spent close to 80k allready...

If you had 80k you should not have a problem finding an attorney. Yes you will have to file a motion to force visitation. However, if you are on drugs - your outlook will not be so good. YOu could get supervised visitation at best.
