can i get arrested

can i get arrested if i do not return my daughter to her mother when she visits my daughter does not want to go home her mother and i were never married and im on the birth certificate,there is no court order of any kind,please advise

I doubt they would do that since you are the father and have equal rigts to custody until a court says differently.
