Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I've been asked for a deposition from my girlfriend's former husband's attorney. What are my obligations regarding such a deposition?

If you are served with a subpoena you will need to appear.

you need to appear but more importantly you need to know how to answer the questions that are going to come at you. You MUST answer the questions - if you do not the court will put you in contempt.I suggest you talk with an attorney and have one there to represent you.
