Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have atemped 2 times now to get my children from my husbands girlfriend and ask the police to assist me because their father is not in the state he left them with her she is best buddies with the sheriff in west palm beach and that being said they won't make her give me my kids we have a standing custody order for contact with both parents but she won't even let me see them how can I get my kids when the cops are dirty

If the police will not assist then you have to file some type of emergency motion with the court.

You will need to file a Pickup Order. This is an Order issued by the court which states that the police have to help you get your children back.
