Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I HAVE NO $ FOR ATTORNEY, sorry, i let my daughter visit father in tenn, i am in fla. we sighned a temp custody agreement for a year. as to not uproot her but letting her spend time with father to rebond. he moved and abandoned all three daughters after i had him arrested for abuse, he remarried a christian woman, and i felt it was safe to let her see him. when time was up in june he stopped all phone calls and has held her there untill court is done from what he says. since june he sent lawyer for custody, and i didnt answer win 30 days so now doing a default motion. i am asking if this is even possible to do by myself, if it is not, i WILL LOOSE MY DAUGHTER.i have judges name adress to court have his attrny name pobox, can i pull up paperwork from computer and send motion to set default aside and then request for my daughter to caomeback home with me n her three brothers and both sides of family that all live in fla.???? . regaurds, a loving mother of four.

You need an attorney. I suggest you contact someone under the probono program in your area. First off, Tenn has not jurisidiction over you and yes you can have the default set aside by telling the court they have no jurisidction over you and that the case must be brought in Florida.
