Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

someone who can answer

i wrote this am about the mother who is

being denied her visitation,the other parent

and or his parent's have been programming

the child to not visit with her mother, even at

one point they had the child kick and punch

her mother,and now they have her saying she

doesn't want to talk to her mother, i thought

this was illegal, ? and the mother was granted

legal visitation, but the custodial parent, and

his parents do not cooperate........what really can be

done, we have tried lawyers,but to no avail

where and what can we do ? the child is almost six

and has been taught by them to reject her mother

how do we get them to cooperate ?? i thought it was illegal

to deny visitation?? what gives? the case was in Clearwater

Fla. and we need help, real help.....thanks Leslie

It sounds like you need to do a Petition for Modfication to Modify your visitation terms. If the Court previously ordered that you weren't allowed to have any visitation [which I am quite surprised was done], you need to request a Modification of the Final Judgment or last order regarding this visitation restriction.
