Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My attorney and I were denied the right to a jointly signed MSA in Palm Beach County by Judge Krista Marx. The judge said my unsigned hearing transcript was my MSA, but I know transcripts are not binding for settlement agreements unless both parties give full and frank disclosure, and jointly sign same.

My atty was Karen Steger and my husband's attorney was Jeff Cutler, Esq. in Miami, and it appears they can't remember what they did, to put into into a draft MSA out of an oral reading transcript.

What do I do?

Question not clear. If you both went on the record with a court reporter present and announced a settlement then the case should be done
