I need an attorney who is familiar with military disability/social security payments as they relate to alimony to a able body spouse. I perfer one located in the Pensacola, Florida area.

I'm not located in Pensacola, but this question has pended for a while, so perhaps I can help a bit. If you question is whether support can be deducted social security payments, the answer is yes. There is some question as to whether it can be deducted from military disability.
