Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My Attorney is mad at me.

My ex spouse and I reached an agreement about our daughter relocating to another state to live with me. The agreement covered a number of things, including me waiving child support. At our pre trial hearing, the Judge told me he didnt think it was a good idea. I flew back home, started thinking about what the Judge told me, and I called my attorney and told him that I wanted to change my mind about the support. He told me if I did that , we would have to start the case again. I told him well then lets just leave it that way then. We had a final hearing. The judge asked me if I wanted to waive the support. I told him about the conversation with the Attorney, and told him no I want support. Well now The attorney is saying I told the Judge that he forced me to do the agreement. I guess the judge was mad. I was on speaker phone and had been told to hang up that was the end of the hearing, so i have no idea what the Judge said to the attorney, but I think my attorney is real mad. So how do I get my attorney to finish the case and get me a court order? If he wont do it, what can I do to get it done? can I write to the Judge and tell him whats going on?

Re: My Attorney is mad at me.

Simple. Hire an attorney that will follow your instructions, fire an attorney who won"t.
