Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Can ex if he has an attorney stop paying my son child support on his 18th birthday?

The reason I'm asking is my son doesn't graduate until 8 months after his 18th birthday. MSA says until he is to pay until son graduates but not past 19.

Thank you so much!!!!!!!

It will depend. Most support obligations take into consideration that some children do not graduate until the age of 19. If there was no deliberate attempt to stall graduating, I do not believe a judge will allow the termination of child support until your child graduates.
