Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In August of 2009 I have moved out from my husbands residence and informed him that I will remove him from my health insurance policy. At the end of October of 09 during open enrollment I did remove him from my health plan... In October we were still trying to work things out... In May I finally decided to file for divorce and it was filed May 20th... now his lawyer is claiming that I have disregarded a court order (instituted in May when divorce was filed) by removing him from my health insurance policy back in October (it took effect in January).. is this correct or did I have full right to remove him at that time?
