my wifes grandmother lend us her credit cards they have always been paid thrgou my checking account now she had an argument with my wife and she is saying that we stoled them what can i do

If this has progressed to the point that a criminal investigation has been opened, you need to speak with an attorney...NOW.

It is going to be helpful to you to gather your bank records showing that you have been paying the credit card bills.
