I was in an auto accident two years ago and I am going to mediation next week to hopefully settle case there is a thing that the judge ordered my child support case because I'm behind $45,000 my question is can they take the full amount out of what I am supposed to get or will it be a percentage mind you I have been only working for 6 months since the accident but have been paying on time since started back working

You will be forced to pay some of the money towards child support. At least one third. Depends on the judge.

Totally at the discretion of the Judge. Discuss with your attorney what your Judge record has been in the past. If you do not have an attorney DO NOT go to mediation, request it be rescheduled.
