Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I was awarded our second car ,husband was supposed to transfer the title to me but he took off to who knows where, what do I do?

Is car in both names? Most title companies will not transfer the title unless the car is paid off. If you refinance would be the only way to get it in your name with your decree in hand. If the title is in his name only, take your decree to the title office in your area and they will transfer according to the order.
