When you have been awarded 50/50 joint and 50/50 legal what rights do the parents have and how long can the parent that does not retain physical custody of the child can keep him?

In a current Florida divorce or "custody" (paternity) case, the parents will have to agree to or be assigned a parenting plan. This plan will usually outline the exact timeshare periods for each parent and the exact rights and responsibilities of each parent. Beyond that, your question isn't specific enough to answer.
