Babies mother is harrassing me!

My ex-girlfriend is 5 months pregnant & she is saying that she is not going to give the baby my last name b/c she doesn't like it. Could this be a sign that the baby is not even mine? Should I worry about her comments at this point?

You will be legally responsible for the child, if it is yours. A paternity test will be a definitive way for you to ascertain if the child is yours. You can petition the Court for a paternity test.
