Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm having a baby and do not know who the father is, But I've been with my fiance the whole time i've been pregnant. If we get married before the baby is here is he presumed the father and that's it? I want him to be able to sing the birth certificate with out getting in trouble, I just want to know what could be done if someone tried to challenge it an just happened to be the father. I just want to know what I could do to keep my family just us three. The thing is I got pregnant when I left my ex for my fiance, but I was with them both. My ex is abusive and has seven kids who don't live with him he ows child support for an four baby mama's. I don't want to have to deal with him and he's trying everything to spite me, I don't need him or his money if he is and the man im getting married to dosn't mind and wants to be there. Please help so I can do what I can legally to make sure that my family stays together. I just don't know and in case I want to be safe.

If the baby is born while you're married, then the baby's father is your husband legally.
