Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Can baby have the last name of neither mother or father

Basically can the baby have a last name other than the father or mother's actual last name . Legally if the mother and the father is not together and the mother's last name is not her biological father's last name and the mother wanted to give the baby her maternal last name is that okay.
