Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Baby having mothers last name
Will there be a battle if I, the mother, want my baby when it's born in Oct to have my last name? What if the father and I dispute the issue? Who is likely to win and why?

Many judges will hyphenate the last name if the father disputes your giving the child your last name and the father files a paternity suit.
