Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

baby on the way!
my step son is16 years old, and his girlfriend is now 3 months pregnant,she wants to live here with us but she does not live in this county her mom toke her out of school for no reason at alland told her to just live with us and make a better life with her new family . we want the kids to finish school and have a better life for the new family on the way. Can we get custody of the girlfriend to give her a happier healthy life style if her mom kicks her out in the street? And do we still need to get premission from the mom ? help please give advices

more facts(where girls mom from,is she still in u.s,what is baby mom desires,

would she want to be emancipated from her mom and live with you). If the baby is born in u.s.he/she would be a
