Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If I have a baby and I toke her over to her Dads house what would happen if he does not give her back to me. We are not married and we do not live together.

You can call the police to see if they will allow you take your baby back. However, if a court order is necessary, you would need to file a Petition to Establish Paternity and an Emergency Motion for Return of Minor Child.
