Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my babymama didnt let me see my daughter for 4 years because her husband dont want her to.. she keeps playing games.. can she get in trouble and get the kid taken away from her and given to me? would the judge punish her? she has 3 other kids with that guy.. what can i do?
