Back child support if parent is diseased

My father owes several thousands of dollars in back child support as he has never really paid my mother in a timely or regular manner. I am now 24 y.o. and my mother recently passed away....Do I have any rights to the back child support that he owes?

Yes, you do. You have a right to start legal action on your own behalf now that your mother has passed.
