Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

can my ex come back for child support even tho I have made every pymt plus thousands for items not required in decree ? Support is about to end and ex is asking for retroactive items back from 10 yrs ago ! Our divorce occured in Ga but we both live in Fl now .

You can only claim child support going back two years in Florida, as a general rule, and if you paid in full, you have nothing to worry about. The fact that you paid for items that you weren't required to pay for is irrelevant. These are considered gifts.
