I want to come back to my country with my daugther

I am from Brasil marriage in Colorado 5years ago my daugther

born in Denver now I want the divorce because my husband

have problems with alcohol but he dosen't wan't to give me the

divorce I don't want to live with him anymore I want to know if

I going to lost my daugther custody because I haven't any

money or any friend to help me in the USA he is a captan from

continental air lines. He is an agressive person after drink. All

his family know his problems with alcohol.

You haven't begun to describe enough information about your case for us to be able to advise as to whether you'll win custody or whether you'll be able to relocate with your daughter. Relocation is very difficult, and generally disallowed, so you need to speak with a Family Lawyer.
