my ex is saying he going to take me back to court due to i allow my sister, brother pick up our daughter. do he have any legal grounds?

Unless the existing time-sharing agreement specifically states who can and who cannot pick up the child and your brother and sister are not on that list, it would not appear that he would have any grounds to bring you back to court.
