Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I just had a background check ran on me. In the report it states I was arrested in 2009 for domestic violence. This never happened. There is no mug shot, no case number..nothing. Because it never happened. How do I get this wiped off my record? Will it cause someone to arrest me? Will my daughter be removed from me? I'm very worried about this.

You have to have the record sealed or expunged, or if it was a mistake then you have to also file a petition with the court. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659
