Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

need help bad

my ex was nice enough to hit me with a order of protection based upon a bunch of lies,nothing physical but all nonsense i have a no contact at all with her or my daughter,now my mother has been trying to call my daughter and she gets hung up on or told to mind her business it has been 3 days since we heard from my daughter, my mother called the police to do a wellness check and they did, but what ever my ex told the police,the police now say that they will not do another check and that they suggest she dont call there no more,we dont know what to do now this is getting crazy the laws of florida suck,there is no protection for children,ive called dept of child and families they say to me since there is no physical injuries yet,we can not file a report,are they insane,so i have to wait for something to happen for someone to jump in, so the child does not get hurt,where can i go for some help with this,i get punished because i asked my ex to give me the name of the new live in boyfriend,so she makes up things like im driving by her house,calling to much,calling my daughter 10 times a day,now i live 3 hours away from her,i have no one there to keep watch over my daughter,court is on the 21 oct any advise
