Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My bank account have been levy for my husband's child support payments it been on hold for week which have left us without any money for food or to be able to pay my bills. My husband is a disable veteran and been paying his child support but can only pay once a month at the beginning of the month. I work also and they are holding my money too . What actions can I take?

Not enough information for precise answer. Open an individual bank account, not joint. le motion with the court for return of your funds.. You will probably need a local attorney.

Your attorney must make a court motion to vacate the levy.
