my bfs ex wife remarried two months after their divorce was final and is quitting her full time job for a part time to go back to school. can she take my bf back to court for child support after she denied wanting it the first time and everything is 50/50? plus we have a child on the way would he still pay max amount?

The fact that she is quitting a job will go against her. It is too soon to go back to court unless she has significant change of circumstances that would allude to increasing the child support. If they have 50/50, I am not sure that would be something that she wants to do. School is hectic and she will need a sitter OFTEN so she can study and whatever. May work to your advantage. Also, a word to the wise, if he wants to know what to do, have him ask. You need to stay clear of this arrangement. You will only fan the fire.
