Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Im having a big problem with my childs father calling me and threating me.Also its not just him. His girlfriend wont stop trying to get in touch with me. My child has not even been born yet. He dont help pay for anything to get stuff ready for when the baby is ready. He is always talking about how he will help me but he dont have a job and from the last time i seen him he was selling drugs. I dont want me child around anything like that. Him and his girlfriend keep harrasing me and saying that they are going to take me to court. I dont get why she has anything to do with my child. I dont want her around my child. She just got her daughter back from HRS. I offered him to see the baby but only when he stays in public and has someone i can trust with them. He got very mad and just keep saying that he will see me in court. what should i do?

Unless you put his name on the birth certificate, he will have no rights unless he takes you to court to get a DNA test done. In the meantime, you will have welfare to help support you and your child without his interference. The girlfriend has no rights and if she continues to call you, file a police report for harrassment and stalking.
