Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

big question

im 17 years old. For the past 6 months i havent lived at my house adn i have lived a few friends. My mom knew where I was the entire time. I just couldnt live at home anymore and she wasnt going to make me come home. Well the famnily i was livivng with is moving to new york. Is there any way that they can get custody of me with my mom being willing to sign it over or can they get residental custody?

Your mother can give temporary guardianship to someone else with the proper documents (if she has sole custody of you and your father is not in the picture).
