Can the biological father be forced to pay child support, when the child legal father willfully signed the birth certificate knowing the he was not the biological father?

IF the child was born during the time the mother was married to another man, then that man is legally responsible for the child support. If there was no marriage, and the man who signed the birth certificate is disputing the validity of the child, then if he wins that case, the mother can come after the bio father to prove parternity and then child support.
