My ex got custody of our kids some years ago. After had knowing that 95% possability of our 6 year old girl not being his, he all the sudden decides he does not want her anymore. My ex wants to give her up to anyone but me. I am not unfit, he is just a vandictive person. So what are my rights if he tries to give my child to someone else.

He simply cannot give a child to anyone! If he got custody thru a divorce, you will go back to court to seek custody yourself. Of course, then he could say he did not want to give the child away. What about DNA? If he turns out not to be the father, you are in a good position. Only you know for sure whether or not he is the father so it is your call. Obviuosly you will be in court in any case.
