Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

bipolar disability fraud. My exboyfriend Bipolar (on meds for years) applied for disability but is working under the table. we have just separated. should i report him before vistation procedings begin? Am afraid if disibilty its granted, i may not get financial support. Also worried about unsupervised visitation he'll be seeking.Has been baker acted prior to our sons birth and recently been verbal/emotional abusive to me in front of our child. Have never called cops on him though so its not on paper. since he makes over $2200/month under the table (his own dad told me he pays him this amount) and recieves over $3000/month from his mother as well am afraid if i do report him and he gets denied but remains "unemployed" on paper that I will not be able to collect any child support and my arguement that his bipolar SHOULD effect his vistation limits will be even more difficult to prove. Has reported less than a collective total of $7,500 in income in last 3-4 years total tax returns. what "evidence" should I try to prepare to prove our son wont be safe with him? He often goes off his meds, is an alcholic and smokes pot daily. He has even done it with our son in the house. I was scared to leave him so made him think/feel like he was breaking up with me before I left. Once he said he was unhappy & not in love ( happened every 2 months whenever he had a manic episode and would later swear he didnt mean any of it, loved me and my son etc)...I moved out the same day. I had been saving $ for a few months so I could leave the next time it happened- i knew it would, just a matter of time. Because he thinks it was his idea, he has been civil in this last week since i left. Once he finds out I have no intention of letting him see our son until a court orders it - he is going to go balistic. Please help

You're risking your son's life with this guy and you don't have a lawyer? Really? I don't know if you should report him to Social Security, but remember that you son may get SSD if he does, which guarantees you a "support" check. You certainly want to reveal all of his behaviors to a judge, and you certainly want to get a lawyer.
