bipolar grandmother custody of grandchildren

i am bipolar the state of florida is going to try to use that as reason to put my grandchildren in foster care what is my legal standing

Get a lawyer. DCF is a very (some say excessively) powerful organization. If a judge finds that you are unable to care for your grandchildren, your rights as their guardian can be terminated. Once that happens, DCF is legally allowed to place them in foster care, which can sometimes be a terrible fate for children.
