Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I was born in 1973 and my mom and dad got married in 1974 in Vietnam. In 1975, he had to go back to America at the end of the Vietnam war. Because of that, he lost all connection with us and in 1977, he filed for Dissolution of Marriage with my mother. In the final judgement, it is said that a copy was sent to us on June 30th, 1977, but we never recieved it. When I came to the United States, It was 1991 and I was only 17. All I want to know is if my mom is able to get any alimony or child support from him. Please help.
