Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I bought a house in May 2005. I got married in Oct. 2006. The house is in my name only. I reside in Palm Coast FL. If I get a divorce, is this property considered communal property, and what would be the outcome.

Florida is an equitble distribution state. NO communal or community. If you bought the house with your funds only, then there is probably not much of a chance he/she can claim any equity unless he/she did some major repair or upgrade and/or investment of money.
