Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I bought a million dollar house in Florida, my son and his mother live there. I live in Dallas Texas. I visit every other weekend. She's mad I am engaged and turned my 13 year old against me. I put the home for sale because both are ungrateful that I fund their whole lives, she does not work. She's now suing me for more child support, I pay 8k now. And she's asking the court for her and my son to stay in the house til he graduates high school. Could it be that she could win the house lawsuit and stay til my son graduates if we were never married? And everything is in my name only?

As this is not a divorce case, since the home is your name only, there is no legal basis for the Court to deprive you of that property, or to restrain your use of same. You might have to formally evict her.
If you opt to proceed without the assistance of counsel, be aware that you will not be entitled to a do over if things go badly.

She may have a valid claim. Your son is entitled to support and a place to live until in reaches 18. Since she is his natural guardian, she can also stay in the home
I disagree with Mr. Slater. The house can be sold. She is receiving child support and in an amount that is sufficient to take care of her and her son.
