my boyfriend and i just had a baby but i'm still legally married to my husband. will my boyfriend be allowed to sign the birth certificate?

Your boyfriend can be on the birth certificate, but your husband is legally the baby's father. Assuming you will be divorcing your husband, you need to see a lawyer to straighten the matter out. Otherwise, your husband will remain the legal father, even if you divorce. If you don't want to divorce your husband, he will just remain the legal father.
